Honest scope note
A couple of the example prompts below reference things that are not wired today — per-server POS revenue (no POS integration ships, see POS systems) and SMS drafts (only email is sent — there is no SMS provider in the product). The underlying assistant is real and the analytics / reservation / draft prompts work; just substitute "email" for SMS when adapting the comms examples.
