Plans and pricing
Three plans: a free Starter, a flat-rate Professional, and a custom Enterprise tier.
DineOS plans are deliberately simple — three tiers, predictable monthly pricing, no per-cover fees and no commission on bookings. Pick the smallest plan that unlocks the features you need; you can change at any time.

Trial
Every new workspace starts on a 14-day Professional trial automatically. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial the workspace drops back to the free Starter plan unless billing is set up.
VAT and invoices
Stripe Tax computes the correct VAT for your billing address. Reverse-charge is applied automatically for valid EU VAT IDs entered in the billing settings. PDF invoices are emailed monthly and are also available in the customer portal.
No per-cover fees
DineOS does not charge per cover, per reservation, or per voucher sold. The monthly subscription is the only cost from us — Stripe's standard processing fees apply to vouchers and any deposits you take.
