Custom domain
Serve the booking page on your own domain via a single CNAME record.
Restaurants without their own website can use the DineOS-hosted booking page. It is available on a default subdomain (e.g. my-restaurant.book.dineos.com), and on the Professional plan you can serve it on your own domain instead — for example book.my-restaurant.com.
DNS setup
- 1
Choose your subdomain
The most common choice isbook, butreservationsortischwork equally well. Decide before you create the DNS record so you do not have to change it later. - 2
Add a CNAME record
In your DNS provider, add a CNAME pointing your subdomain atcname.dineos.com. TTL of 300 seconds is fine. - 3
Verify in DineOS
InSettings → Booking page → Custom domain, enter the subdomain and clickVerify. DineOS issues a TLS certificate via Let's Encrypt automatically; allow up to ten minutes for DNS propagation.

Apex (root) domains like
my-restaurant.com cannot be CNAMEd in standard DNS. Use a subdomain, or use a provider that supports ALIAS/ANAME records (Cloudflare, Route 53) and follow the same process.
