Three ways to reach us. Pick whichever matches the urgency.

We aim to answer support requests within four business hours on Professional and within one hour on Enterprise. Outside business hours, Enterprise customers reach the on-call engineer directly through the dedicated phone line.

Email

Send us a note at support@dineos.com. Include your workspace ID (visible in the URL of the dashboard) and a screenshot if you have one. Email is best for issues that are not blocking service tonight.

In-app chat

Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard. Chat is monitored during business hours — outside those, your message is converted to a support email and queued normally.

Docs AI

The chat panel in the docs reads from the documentation and your workspace settings to answer most how-to questions instantly. It will tell you when it is unsure and offer to forward the question to a human if you prefer.

Production-down emergencies
Enterprise customers have a dedicated phone line for production-down incidents. The number is visible at the top of Settings → Support and is monitored 24/7.
