Installing the mobile app

Native iOS and Android apps for hosts, managers, and servers.

The DineOS mobile app is available on iOS and Android. It mirrors the most-used flows from the web app — reservations, floor plan, scan voucher, and the AI assistant — and adds native features like push notifications and a dedicated clock-in tablet view.

iOS

iOS is currently in TestFlight. Open the invitation email on the device and tap Accept. TestFlight installs the app and keeps it updated for the duration of the beta. The public App Store release is on the roadmap.

Android

Android is available on the Play Store. Search for "DineOS" or follow the link from the dashboard. The minimum supported version is Android 9.

Signing in

After install, sign in with the same email and password you use on the web. If your workspace uses SSO, the app falls through to your identity provider. The first sign-in on a new device is recorded in the audit log.

Tablet mode
The same app can be pinned to a tablet near the back of house in clock-in mode for time tracking. From the home screen, tap Settings → Tablet mode to lock the app into the staff list.
