Live uptime, incident history, and how to subscribe to updates.

DineOS publishes a public status page covering the API, web app, mobile app, widget, and webhook delivery. Each component has a separate uptime indicator so you can see at a glance which part is degraded.

Status page coming soon
The hosted status page is on the way. In the meantime, the in-app banner shows any active incident as soon as we acknowledge it, and Enterprise customers receive an immediate email and SMS.

Subscribing to updates

Once the status page is live you will be able to subscribe by email, SMS, RSS or webhook. Subscribers receive a notification at the moment an incident is opened, when its severity changes, and when it is resolved.

Post-mortems

We publish a post-mortem for every incident that lasts longer than 30 minutes or that affects data integrity. Post-mortems include the timeline, root cause, impact, and the concrete changes we are making to prevent a recurrence. Past post-mortems live at https://status.dineos.com/history once published.
