No-show rate (current scope)
We compute the no-show rate as a KPI on the dashboard. A predictive per-reservation model is not part of the product today.
The no-show rate is one of the KPIs in Reports: the share of reservations that were marked as "no-show" on the day of the visit, compared against the previous period. It is computed in the analytics queries from the status transitions of each reservation.

Honest scope note
A predictive ML model that scores each individual reservation with a no-show probability (Low / Medium / High) and consumes inputs like weather, lead time or party size is not implemented. There is also no overbooking suggestion built on top of it.
What does exist today
- No-show rate as a KPI with a vs-previous-period delta — see Reservations overview.
- Configurable cancellation windows per reservation type — see Reservation policies.
- Guest history in the guest CRM (past visits, cancellations) — see Guest profiles.
