Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation

How plan changes are billed, when they take effect, and what happens to your data.

Plan changes are made from Settings → Billing. The behavior is intentionally predictable — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades wait for the end of the current period.

Upgrades

Upgrades from Starter to Professional, or from monthly to yearly Professional, take effect immediately. The new plan's features unlock right away. Stripe creates a prorated invoice for the difference between the old and new plan for the remainder of the current period; the next full invoice goes out on the regular billing day.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep all Professional features until then. Once the downgrade is active, Professional-only features are disabled but data is retained for 90 days in case you upgrade again.

Cancellation

Cancel from the billing page at any time. Cancellation has the same end-of-period behavior as a downgrade to Starter. After 90 days on Starter without re-upgrading, Professional-only data (vouchers, AI conversation history, integrations configuration) is permanently removed. Reservation history is always preserved.

Annual billing
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable mid-period as a tradeoff for the discounted rate. You can still cancel — the plan stays active until the end of the paid year.
