Billing
Plans and pricing
Three plans: a free Starter, a flat-rate Professional, and a custom Enterprise tier.
Onboard pricing is per module, not tiered. You pick the modules you actually need — Reservations, Staff, Shifts, Vouchers, Reports, Knowledge Base, Menu, AI Assistant — and pay a base price per module, plus a per-seat amount on the modules where it applies. There are no per-cover fees and no commission on bookings.
How pricing is structured
- Each module has a flat base price; the seat-priced modules add a per-seat amount on top.
- Team Chat is included with every account at no extra cost.
- A 20% discount applies to yearly billing.
- Current numbers live on the public pricing page and are sourced from the
module_catalogtable — that page is the canonical reference.
Free trial
Every new workspace can start a 30-day free trial with full access to all modules — no credit card. Start it from the pricing page or the “Start 30-day free trial” button in the navigation. If no payment method is added, the trial ends automatically after 30 days with no charge.
Not what ships
Earlier versions of this page described a Starter / Professional / Enterprise tier model with SAML SSO and a REST API gated behind an Enterprise plan. None of those tiers exist — pricing is per module, and SSO and a generic REST API are not yet shipped (see SSO and API overview).
VAT and invoices
Stripe computes the correct VAT for your billing address. Reverse-charge is applied automatically for valid EU VAT IDs entered in the billing settings. Invoices are available from the Stripe customer portal — see Invoices.
No per-cover fees
Onboard does not charge per cover, per reservation, or per voucher sold. The monthly subscription is the only cost from us — Stripe's standard processing fees apply to vouchers and any deposits you take.
